Where
do I get one? All
you need to do to get a DILE, DILE Tugger or a set of AFBs is to order one
from me. Please review the list of
options below (and descriptions on the following pages: DILE Products I: Expanding DILEs and Tuggers ,
DILE Products II: Accessories, or Artificial Frenar Band Page) and send me an e-mail (mel@dileinsert.com)
indicating what "item" you want (please use item numbers, and write
"DILE order" on subject line). Once
I have your order (I will confirm), I'll prepare your package. Once your package is ready, I'll send you
an e-mail requesting that you make payment (to: mel@dileinsert.com) through
paypal.
Upon
receipt of payment, your order will be shipped. Normally, orders are ready for shipping
within 4 days (often sooner) and are then shipped within 24-48hr subsequent
to receipt of payment. Domestic

POLICY------------------------ On
very rare occasions (thus far only twice in ~10 years!), a customer may not
be completely satisfied with the DILE system.
When this occurs, we will follow the below model to handle returns: If we
are contacted within 30 days of ship date, we will credit your paypal account
for the amount paid for your DILE system less the paypal fee charged to us
(typically ~$3-4) and shipping (typically ~$3-5), once the items are
returned. I’m only an e-mail away, so
please do not hesitate to contact me if you are not happy with the DILE. ------------------------RETURN

everything you need to use your DILE as a Tapeless or T-Tape expanding device
and a Tapeless or T-Tape non-expanding tugger. This package also comes with a skin keeper
(item 14) as well as a full set of rods (4.5, 5.5 and 6.5 inch; item 21). * a

except NO WHITE CAPS (used for t-tapes only).
If you do not think you want to use t-tapes, this is the best option

everything you need to use your DILE as a tapeless or T-Tape expanding device
and a tapeless or T-Tape non-expanding tugger. * a

everything you need to use your DILE as a Tapeless or T-Tape expanding device
and a Tapeless or T-Tape non-expanding tugger. In this economy version of the Royal
Treatment, you will have to remove the top hemisphere (and key ring) of the
expanding DILE and re-assemble them onto the tugger rod in order to use the
tugger (this is a simple procedure and is a BIG cost saving measure!). * a
