DILE Insert |

What is a DILE? Put quite simply, it
is the original "expanding" foreskin restoration device which was first
introduced and offered for sale in 1998 (click here to see "The Evolution of the DILE"). The DILE Insert Foreskin Restoration System
is an internal packing device which can be adjusted (incrementally) to expand
longitudinally once it is inserted and enclosed within the developing
foreskin. The DILE Insert can be used in conjunction with a modified
t-tape (for the beginner or intermediate restorer) or a silicone retainer
(i.e., tapeless; for the intermediate restorer having ~2.5 inches of skin
tube) as well as with or without a strap.
The "dual-action" of the DILE comes from the fact that when
"pulled" the DILE provides tension on the outer and inner skin (like
normal tugging), however, when expanded, the DILE provides for the extra
"push" of tension on the inner skin.
Incremental Longitudinal Expander The DILE Insert
Foreskin Restoration System (which now includes the Artificial
Frenar Band) is quite versatile as it has a continuous "range"
in length, can be used with or without a strap and has "tapeless"
and "T-tape" versions (click here to read
about other Benefits of the DILE and here to
read some Testimonials) In the below picture
(sorry, not the best pic!), you will see that this DILE (Tapeless version)
can expand from a minimum length of ~ 1.5 inches to a maximum of ~3.5
inches. The maximum expansion however
is not limited to the ~3.5 inches as longer nylon rods can be used.
In the below
pictures, this restorer is using a Tapeless DILE at an expansion of ~4.5
inches (though further expansion is possible as there is still ~1-2 inches
available on the nylon rod). It is
worth noting that he started off with the standard version as shown above,
though now is using a rather LONG nylon rod (~7 inches or so). at min. ~2 inches at max. ~4.5 inches
