Mel's
Closet (My Other Methods) Here I provide
information on a variety of other methods that I use every so often. _____________________________________________________________________________ Silicon Retainer
All you need is a
silcon catheter. I use either a large
or med, depending on my needs. Simply
cut off the tip and "shaft" of the catheter. They are ~$2-3 a each. You'll want to buy a few different sizes, see
what works best. Also, it is tricky
figuring out the exact size to make the opening on the "narrow"
end. It will take a few tries. They last a LONG
time though (I mean, ~year). I usually
make a new one to replace on that I LOST!
Because they are clear, they blend into everything! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Adhesive Retainer
To make this
adhesive retainer, you will need: a sheet of 3M
"nex care" tegaderm (~$8 for 8 sheets), some mirco, a scotch tape
"ring" as a template and a hole punch - Use the micro to
make a T-tape on top of the BACK SIDE on the tegaderm (fig 2). You will be
using the "T" to hold the disk when it is done. - Use the scotch tape
ring to make your circles (if you place it right, you can get 2 disks per
these small sheets) (fig 3). - Cut out the disk
and punch a hole! - quick, easy,
cheap, REAL comfortable... and...... useful! (try one with foreplay!) <<10-1-06
UPDATE>> if you use a
"cork borer" with a diameter of ~1/2 inch, rather than the
"hole punch" it makes a WORLD of difference (i.e., retainer can POP
over glans during intercourse) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nerf Insert
To make this insert,
all you need are: a length of nerf
arrow, a razor blade (flexi - BE
CAREFUL!), mirco tape, aquarium sealant and a retainer (i use a portion of a
silicon catheter) - Shape the nerf as
you wish (this one is tapered - it feels better that way) - Then, wrap the
nerf in micro tape (this helps smooth it out - goes in easier that way) - I then apply a few
layers of silcon to the 1/2 that is tapered (this helps the skin
"stick" to it better). - quick, easy, cheap
and comfortable! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Fishing Weight Insert
To make this
weighted insert, you will need: 2 oval fishing weights,
Microtape and a retainer (I use a portion of a silicon catheter) - connect fishing
weights with stips of tape, then wrap the HECK out of it... - quick, easy,
cheap, comfortable!
I've also used
"ball" type weights, but I find the oval ones (if you can find
them) work better. |
